Sign up for Smart911.com to let Lake Bluff's first responders know what's important if you call 911.  You can provide details on household members, pets, emergency contacts, medical conditions and more and help keep your family safe. Personal information you provide is confidential and is only available to 911 dispatchers when you call from a registered number.

The Village also uses your Smart911.com profile to issue notifications in case of an emergency. (This replaces the Village's CodeRED notification system, sometimes called Reverse 911.) While this system is fast and powerful, it can only contact residents who have provided accurate contact information. You must register in order to receive emergency alerts. It is not safe to assume that your phone number is included unless you have registered.

Those without Internet access may call the Police Leavement at (847) 234-8760 to give their information over the phone. Required information includes first and last name, street address (physical address, no P.O. boxes), city, state, zip code, and a primary phone number.
